Genero Solutions AB (“Genero”) provides the support tool Genero Sales (the “Service”) to assist sales representatives in their everyday tasks. Genero is the data controller in respect to personal data collected to create an account in order to access the Service through Genero’s website or mobile app.

Thisprivacy policy is provided to inform users of the Service, such as sales representatives, (“you”) how Genero (“we” or “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data. We will only collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204) or the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (collectively “Applicable Law”), whichever is applicable at the time. This privacy policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal data and how you can access and update your information.

1. Collection of personal data

1.1 We will collect personal data when you sign up as a user on the website or in the mobile app. If you contact us and provide personal data, this personal data will also be collected and processed. When you sign up we will ask for your name, e-mail address, country and organization.

2. Processing of personal data

2.1 We collect and process your personal data entered at sign-up for the purpose of giving you access to the Service and being able to communicate with you within the scope of the Service. We also process such personal data for the purpose of improving the quality of the Service. We may also send you information and updates regarding the Service and new services or functionality. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us, you may opt-out by sending an e-mail to info@genero.se.

3. Subcontractors

3.1 Currently, all personal data is processed and stored at our facilities in Sweden. In 2018, we will use Microsoft Corporation and its hosting service Microsoft Azure for storing and processing personal data when providing the Website and the Services. Personal data will then be stored in the EU/EEA as well as transferred to and stored in the U.S in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

4. Security

4.1 The security of the Website and the Services is important to us and we take adequate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that your personal data is not misused, lost or unlawfully accessed.

5. Accuracy of the personal data

5.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is correct and up-todate. If you believe that your personal data stored by us is incorrect, please contact us and provide the correct data so that we can rectify and update your personal data. You can also correct and update the personal data provided by you directly on the Website.

6.1 We use cookies to enhance and facilitate your experience by storing your settings and access rights, and to create statistics regarding your use of the Service. A cookie is a small text file that contains text information and is saved on your computer.
