GSO – Customers

Maintenance of the customer database is performed under Customer. The following modules are found under Customer:

  • Customers – The database is maintained
  • Blocks – Blocks, chains and wholesalers are managed
  • Customer groups – Customer groups are managed

The customer database is maintained under Customers. This is where customers are linked to sales forces and district distributions are planned. Click on the plus icon to create a new customer, the print icon to print and the function menu to find other alternatives.

Choices in the function menu:

  • Select columns – Select the columns to be displayed in the list.
  • Add to an existing customer-group – Link customers to an existing customer group.
  • Add to a new customer group – Link customers to a new customer group.
  • Show sales district changes – Display which district will be linked to a customer at a future date.
  • Change A-Region – Change A-region for the selected customers.
  • Change price list – Change price list for the selected customers.
  • Merge Customers – Merge two customers into one.
  • Change customers – Move customers between sales districts, chains and wholesalers, change customer priority and appointment frequency.
  • Unlink customers from sales force – Unlink customers from sales forces.
  • Delete customers – Delete selected customers.
  • Export customers – Export the list of customers to Excel.
  • Export e-mail addresses – Export list of e-mail addresses to Excel or e-mail.
