Then this service is for you! Genero can support you with maintenance of registers, extended support and other back office tasks within Genero as well as VCD external. Permanently or for a shorter period of time, you decide the extent.
Description of service
Genero Sales internally:
- Routine description for what Genero Backoffice should do and when it should be performed
- 1st line support
- Campaign planning and budgeting
- Article care and customer care (post new and update these)
- Order management (read error log EDI order)
- Setup of new suppliers
- Layout of media
- Arranging report subscriptions
- Manage users and roles
Product maintenance & product certificate, externally:
- VCD registering with external services. (Exder, Validoo, ICA:s Supplier portal)
